Year 2 - Elm and Maple classes
Kirsty Calloway-Hallett teaches Elm class and Jess Porter teaches Maple class.
Each half term a ‘Knowledge Organiser’ is sent out detailing the key knowledge that will be covered that term (linked to a central topic) and a ‘Curriculum Overview’ showing what will be taught in each National Curriculum subject.
Over the year Y2 will be studying these topics:
Autumn 1: Habitats
Autumn 2: Stories over time
Spring 1: The Great Fire of London
Spring 2: Explorers
Summer 1: The Suffragettes
Summer 2: Conservation
