Posted by We started our new topic today: the Shang Dynasty.
We discussed how historians know about this period of time. One of the ways they know is because they found writing on oracle bones.
We learnt that this ancient civilisation are believed to be the first in China to use writing. We learnt about how the Shang used characters on their writing and that they wrote up to down, right to left. We had a go at creating our own stories.
