Posted by Year 3 Birch class decided to explore the world of AI for our royal portraits. We looked at the history of portraits and spotted trends and similarities over the years. We then imagined ourself as a young (or older!) royal and used text to picture AI software to create our portrait by writing and submitting a description.
Some of our portraits were scarily similar and some had hidden surprises that looked out of place because the computer is still learning. We had a really interesting discussion about the pros and cons of AI and ‘deep fake’ technology and found some ‘deep fake’ of the new king! You can really see our personality in every royal portrait.
