Elm like healthy eating

In science today we thought about what it means to eat a balanced diet. We were quick to identify that while sweets can be delicious, it should only form a small part of what we eat on a daily basis. We now know that fruits and vegetables and carbohydrates are what our plates should be filled with, followed by some protein and dairy (or dairy alternatives).

Here is an example of a balanced plate that we created
