Posted by Normally we have an ice cream van visit at the end of SATS week but we decided to treat our amazing year six class even though there were no SATS this year.
Earlier today we held our leavers’ assembly where the children read memories to each other and I read to them the inscriptions I have written in their leavers’ present (a poetry anthology). They are also presented with their leavers’ tee-shirts.
As usual we lit a candle to say goodbye to these children and promised to light it again in our first assembly of the year in September.
Goodbye Year Six! We will miss you.
